Welcome to allisoncosmos.com, operated by Allison Cosmos, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Use of Our Site

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province (or have parental/guardian consent) to use this site.
  • You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

2. Products, Orders & Availability

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on original art, prints, or wallpaper.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to hello@allisoncosmos.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. Exchanges are for the same item only.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered by the carrier.
  • We reserve the right to limit orders, cancel suspicious transactions, or refuse sales to resellers or distributors.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping estimates vary depending on what is ordered. Original works of art, small fine art prints and memos typically ship within 5-10 days. Large Fine art prints typically arrive 4 weeks after orders are placed. Wallpaper is made to order but typically arrives 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed. 
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, products, and images on allisoncosmos.com are the property of Allison Cosmos, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allison Cosmos, LLC and its employees, contractors, manufacturers and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of our website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allison Cosmos, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, manufacturers and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

8. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms, our website, or products must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
  • Each party will bear its own costs, except that the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees where permitted.
  • The arbitration agreement does not prevent you from seeking relief in small claims court if your claims qualify.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions that are not subject to arbitration must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Newark, Delaware.

10. Severability & Survival

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Allison Cosmos, LLC. We want you to feel confident when ordering from our studio. Please review our policies below before placing your order.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or trade orders may require additional time. 
  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping estimates vary depending on what is ordered. Original works of art, small fine art prints and memos typically ship within 5-10 days. Large Fine art prints typically arrive 4 weeks after orders are placed. Wallpaper is made to order but typically arrives 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and other Freight Carriers depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
  • International Orders: We currently ship to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Because of the nature of our products (original artwork, fine art prints, and wallpaper), we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@allisoncosmos.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    • We will arrange for an exchange of the same item (subject to availability).
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
  • Variations: Slight variations in color, texture, or scale may occur due to screen settings, dye lots, or the handmade/digitally printed nature of our products. These are not considered defects.

Trade Orders
